Eric Metaxas is a New York Times bestselling author, broadcaster, and speaker whose work explores faith, history, and the lives of people who changed the world. He is the author of Bonhoeffer , Martin Luther , Amazing Grace , Miracles , and other books for adults and children. His writing has reached readers in more than twenty-five languages.
Eric founded Socrates in the City, a conversation series bringing together notable thinkers to discuss questions of life and faith. He also hosts The Eric Metaxas Show, where his interviews span culture, belief, and public life.
In 2012, Eric delivered the keynote address at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. He speaks to audiences across the United States and internationally, drawing on his experience as a biographer and storyteller. A graduate of Yale University, he has written for publications including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and has contributed to children’s programming such as VeggieTales.
